Enterprise Scorecard is a management system that allows documents to be populated, distributed, and managed between people with different responsibilities and levels of access control. This edition of Enterprise Scorecard extends this document flow to your mobile workforce via their Android tablets and phones.
Documents (Jobs or tasks) can be created on the central web server, and then distributed to the appropriate operator in the field. The document can contain:
- Work instructions
- Delivery Addresses
- Images
- Google Maps/Navigate instructions
- Quick-dial phone links
The mobile user can then act on the instructions in the document and gather more information for return to the central database. This can include:
- Text, numeric data, dates, and control buttons
- Single and multiple select list boxes, radio buttons, and check boxes
- Barcode data
- Signatures
- Pictures
- Audio or Video
- GPS locations
The information is stored on the mobile device and, and then sent back to the central server when Internet access next becomes available. Any number of documents of different types can be stored on the device, to allow the operator to perform tasks and collect data as required during the day. The application continues to operate with or without internet access.
Once the data has been resynchronised with the central database, the document can be routed to the appropriate user for further data entry, checking, and approval as necessary. Note that Enterprise Scorecard tracks all changes made so you have a full edit history of the form data. Collected data can be managed within the system or exported to Excel, CSV, HTML, PDF and web services.

- Road inspections and repairs (using on-board camera to photograph any damage)
- Vehicle inspections and repair estimates (using signature capture to confirm estimate acceptance)
- Delivery and Collection instructions (using Google maps and Navigate to locate the job site)
